As Design Architects for this unique facility, KPN Architects planned + designed the Senior Center to serve as the hub of active senior activity in District Heights.

Located at the heart of the municipal center of District Heights in Maryland, the Center features state-ot-the-art amenities that include a multipurpose hall, dining room with exhibition kitchen, fitness + exercise rooms and meeting rooms for various senior clubs. Encompassing over 12,000 sf, this highly efficient, uniquely planned center showcases the vibrant, healthy lifestyles of the District’s senior population.

KPN Architects is the Associate Architect responsible for the programming, architectural design and space planning of the addition to the existing building. Their role also includes preparation of contract documents and construction administration.
