The Franklin Center is a LEED Gold Certified, Class A office building that focuses on the the individual user’s productivity and wellbeing. The building features sleek, modern offices with modern HVAC systems, walkable green areas, a fitness center, exterior meeting space, and an enhanced energy management system. The Franklin Center provides these amenities in a removed location that is easily accessible to commuters from Baltimore or Washington, D.C.
KPN is providing FF&E services for the Franklin Center, including furniture selections for outdoor meeting spaces, both in communal areas and partitioned workspaces. In addition, KPN is selecting furniture for modular outdoor congregation areas, in which tables can be set up to eat, or taken down for activities such as yoga classes. Finally, KPN’s scope includes benches, tables, and chairs in the building’s walkable green areas when a less formal workspace is required.
